The 25-year-old Javier Garrido has signed off a contract with Lazio for an undisclosed fee.Garrido comes as a replacement for Aleksandar Kolarov who recently moved to Eastlands earlier this month.
Lazio’s president Claudio Lotito said “Garrido is a Lazio player. He was our first choice to replace Kolarov,”
Spaniard Garrido joined Manchester City in 2007 and struggled to establish himself at Manchester City since moving in from Real Sociedad. Gerrido got limited opportunities at Manchester City as he made only 12 appearances last season.
The last match Garrido played for Manchester City resulted in a 5 -1 win over Birmingham on 11 April. Continue reading
